Personal Biography
My name is Markus. I was born and rasied in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and now live in Tallahassee, Florida. I am a proud graduate of the illustrious Florida A&M University, where I received a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems, with a minor in business. My day job... Director of Technology at a college at one of the local universities. At Night...Freelance Web Designer, Programmer, Blogger, and Entrepreneur.
I am the youngest of 3, and the proud son of two of the hardest working people on the face of this earth, and I am married to one of the most amazing women, Stephanie.
Site's Purpose
The purpose of this site is to provide a personal forum to spread my thoughts, and feelings. This site also serves to display my design work, music projects, web developments projecs, and photos.
Freelance
I am available for freelance design, programming, and technical consulting. I have been working in technology for 7+ years, and have a plethra of knowlege and skills. I have served as technical director, project manager, lead developer, and designer on a multitude of projects. My skills include, but are not limited to, (X)HTML, CSS, PHP, Cold Fusion, JavaScript, and C++. I am skilled in relational database design, and have working knolwege of many database applications including: Oracle, MYSQL, and SQL Server. I'm also have working knowledge of a number of different Operating Systems including; Windows 2003 Server, and most flavors of Unix and Linux.
